Can I include a gift message?
Yes, as part of the checkout process you will be able to enter a personalised message which will be handwritten onto a gift tag.

What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery costs are as follows:
£10.00 per UK mainland address (weekdays)
FREE delivery on certain items as stated on the product page
Do you deliver outside UK Mainland?
We can arrange for deliveries outside the UK – contact us for a quotation.
What is the cut-off time for orders for next day delivery?
Orders must be placed by 1.00pm for next day delivery. Only certain items are available for next day delivery and will be shown on the product details.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver during office hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm, so if the recipient is likely to be working, why not ask for the gift to be delivered to their work address?
Please note a specific time cannot be given for courier deliveries.
What delivery method do you use?
We deliver all products via Parcelforce 48 hour service.
What happens if there is no-one to sign for the delivery?
All deliveries require a signature unless you have given special instructions otherwise. If there is no-one available to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address with a contact telephone number to rearrange delivery.
If you wish to give alternative delivery instructions (e.g. leave in shed, leave with neighbour), this can be done during the checkout process, but please note we cannot accept responsibility for packages left without a valid signature.
Do you provide order tracking?
Yes we do but you need to provide a password when you are completing your order. We will also email you a reference when your order is despatched enabling you to track the delivery.
What happens if my gift arrives damaged?
If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

No - If you require a bespoke gift or would like to incorporate your company logo or identity, please call us on 01491 410098

Can you personalise gifts with a company logo?
Yes, we offer a wide range of options for branding your gift – from incorporating your logo into the contents label to laser engraving your logo onto a wooden or acrylic custom lid.
Can you provide custom packaging?
If you are looking for a custom package for a product launch, special event etc and can’t find anything in our existing range, please call us on 01491 410098 and we’d be delighted to make some suggestions.
What are your delivery charges for Corporate Orders?
Our delivery charges vary depending on the size of order, whether items are going to a single or multiple delivery address and the size / weight of the packages.
We will a provide a delivery quotation based on these variables when preparing a proposal for you.

How do I search for a gift?
There are various search methods on the homepage – choosing a category from the left hand vertical navigation bar will take you into that category and show the various products available.
There is also a general search facility in the bottom left hand corner of the website.
I have a gift voucher / promotional code, how do I enter it?
When you have a gift voucher or promotional code you will be prompted to enter it in the checkout section, and the value will automatically be deducted from the order total when the basket is updated.
Only one promotional code may be used per order and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
How will I know that you have received my order?
We will email you to confirm your order has been received and include details of how to track your order.
I've made an error entering a name, address or delivery date and have already confirmed the order - how can I change it?

Is your site secure?
Yes – we take this issue very seriously. We do not store your credit card details so it is impossible for hackers to gain access to these.
What will you do with my email address?
We only use your email address to confirm details of your order. If you have signed up for our newsletter we will also send you newsletters and details of special offers by email.

Do you charge VAT?
VAT is applicable on products at 17.5%.
How do I obtain a VAT invoice if I’m ordering online?
